OUR STORY, REALISE WHAT REALLY MATTERS
Karasu Designs was established in early 2010 by Kelvin Mui, a web design and user experience consultant. Karasu Designs was initially a side hustle. It wasn’t easy. Unpredictable income was hard. But he kept at it and turned a side hustle into his main hustle. In 2018, Kelvin’s mum suddenly passed away due to lung cancer and it flipped his world upside down.
It taught him resilience and made him realise what mattered most in life: family, relationships, experiences and giving back to the community. This became even clearer during the COVID-19 pandemic. Thus, in June 2020, Kelvin quit his stable full-time creative agency job during the COVID-19 pandemic to help local small businesses recover and grow efficiently. Karasu Designs help small businesses accelerates growth, authority and impact whilst reducing overwhelm.
