Redefine your identity:
WEBSITE RESCUE & REVAMP | USER EXPERIENCE
How we helped the BPAY Group simplify their site for greater usability.
Revitalised brand identity and separated from BPAY to differentiate the two entities.
HELP TELL THEIR STORY
We were selected by the BMF advertising agency in Sydney to optimise the user experience journey for the BPAY Group website revamp project. We were honoured to be selected by one of Sydney’s best creative agencies to work on such a high profile project.
KNOWING WHAT TO KEEP & WHAT TO EXCLUDE
The client wanted a clean website free of unnecessary distractions. We knew we needed to simplify their content structure to maximise the ease of use and navigation for their visitors. This required careful consideration of what to include and exclude. We worked with the client to strike the perfect balance of giving users what they want to know when they want it.
HOW WE OVERCAME THE CHALLENGES
We ran a series of customer and internal team research surveys to identify what they wanted and needed to see on the website. We carefully stripped everything back to only include the bare minimum necessary to achieve the goals of the website as well as BPAY Group.

WHAT WE ACHIEVED FOR THE BPAY GROUP
By separating the BPAY Group info from BPAY.com.au, we ensured both websites have targeted messaging and actions unique to their different audiences.
Improved User Experience
By simplifying the content structure and layout, the targeted audience can now more easily find what they need, when they need it.
